Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. After leaving gymnastics Ariel Khadr began to compete in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. When she was 17 she earned her pro license just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete model and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career in the year 16 when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. The Pro Card just one year later, at the age of 17. She was among the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel spent six years away from the stage, after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her college studies. Then, in 2015, she returned to the stage, and participated in high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for a number of years following her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. At the close of 2009, she won four more fitness awards. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her an IFBB Fitness Pro who was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) to ever win a title. Ariel was able to take six years off from competing after obtaining her professional card in order to complete her college education. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the show, she finished 3rd. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. The following month Ariel stepped on to the Olympia stage, and was awarded the sixth position at the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division despite not having any expectations. It was a battle against the very best. Ariel's physical condition continues to improve each year. Ariel likes working out her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. and seated rows. The warm-up phase is completed before she moves on to her working sets. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
